Please note that the comfort of a shoe is affected by a combination of factors such as size, cutting, heel height etc. Shoes with the same size but in different cutting may not give the wearer the same level of comfort.
HOW TO MEASURE
Foot Length
Stand on level ground with the back of your heels. Measure the length of your foot by placing a ruler flat on the ground straight alongside the inside of your foot from your heel to the tip of your longest toes from point A to B. Refer to the relevant size conversion chart and select the size closest to the length of your feet.
Heel Height
Start measuring from the seam (Point A) between the shoe and heel block to the area right before the heel top lift (Point B).
